Learning to play a new piece of music is fun and exciting!  But it can also sometimes feel a bit frustrating if we’re not familiar with how it sounds, aren’t playing the melody, or are unsure about how our own specific part fits into the whole composition. Listening to a recording of the piece can help us become familiar with it, as well as how our part sounds and fits.
