Which Instruments Can I Play in This Band?
While our band encourages everyone to pursue playing any musical instrument they desire, our Concert Band program offers instruction and performance opportunities for standard Concert Band instruments only, the most common of which are listed below. Please note that our Concert Band program does not include any piano/keyboard or string instruments. Sessions:
- Fall 2025 -
Rehearsals: September 9 - November 11, plus Fall Concert: Saturday, November 15, 2:00 p.m., Xavier Middle School
Tuition: $100
Rehearsal Summary for All Sessions:
- DAY: Tuesday evenings
- TIME: 6:30pm - 8:30 pm
- LOCATION: Xavier Middle School — 2626 N. Oneida St., Appleton (corner of N. Oneida St. and Northland Ave. (Cty. Rd. OO))
**ENTRANCE: Please use the building entrance facing N. Oneida St.
**PARKING: You can park in the Xavier Middle School parking lot along the front of the building (facing Oneida St.).
(Please be respectful of our neighbors -- Do NOT park in the strip mall or church parking lots across the street as these are private lots; if you do so, you are at risk of ticketing and/or towing.)
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Please register by completing the following TWO steps:
1) RESERVE YOUR SPOT
(Prior to 1 week before the Session begins, if possible — however, you are always welcome to join us!)
Please click on ‘Reserve My Spot’ below and complete the form that appears. This will let us know of your intention to register. (Your personal information is not shared; demographic info like age and employment status is not tied to you personally and helps us in applying for grants, etc.) Thank you!
2) MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
We offer two online options for payment:
A) Pay 100% at the beginning of the Session, or;
B) Make two payments at 50% each. Details are below.
Fall Session 2025

A) One full payment of $100 (plus $3.30 card processing fee)—Due by September 9.
B) Two half payments of $50 each (plus $1.80 card processing fee each)—Due by September 9 and October 14.
