Another fine rehearsal in the books!
This coming Tuesday, we will start our guest conductor series as a way to celebrate our recent milestone! Our first conductor will be percussion specialist, Michael Ratsch. I will let Mike share his history with the group and his adventures with music, but I have linked NHBFV’s first program here. Balladair was performed at our first concert!
In addition to the rehearsal notes, I would also like to add that some of the calendar dates I’d provided in my last two emails were incorrect, so they have been updated on the Announcements on the website and below. **PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK your calendars and make changes as needed.
- Save the Date(s):
- Fall Session: Rehearsals Sept 10 – Nov 12, with Fall Concert: Nov 16
- Winter Session: Jan 7 – Feb 25
- March 4: Bonus Rehearsal (or make-up for snow day)
- Spring Session: Rehearsals March 11 – May 13, with Spring Concert: May 17
- Sheet Music PDFs Scans for clarinet – Children’s March – are now available. (see links below)
